Broker Price Opinion (BPO) – A licensed REALTOR® with in-depth knowledge of local market conditions will use your form or our custom BPO form to analyze the subject property and compare it's characteristics with other properties in the area – both currently listed and recently sold. Our reports will not only include comparable properties but will report on local market conditions as well as information abut the local area to substantiate our opinion of value for your subject property.

Preservation Services – The REO Team at REviron Realty has it's own Property Preservation team, headed by a local general contractor who oversees every order. Services include:

•  Re-Key to Your Specific Key Code, if required

•  Padlock all gates and shed – Again to your Specific Key Code

•  Winterization to your standards or ours

•  Lawn Maintenance Service – At least twice a month is recommended

•  Trash Outs – Interior and Exterior are bid independently

•  Pool – Repairs, Cleaning, Maintenance, Draining and covering – you decide how you want your pool showcased

•  Occupancy Verification – Always done within 24 hours – typically within 6 hours

•  Repair Bids by a Licensed and Bonded General Contractor – Multiple bids available

REO Sales – The REO Team at REviron Realty will not only accept your REO listing – we will do everything we can to sell it. Our team or REALTORS® and Administrative staff are dedicated to meeting and exceeding all of our clients needs and always strive to meet goals in less time than what is allocated. Many tasks are completed within 24 hours of assignment.

Post Offer - Once an offer had been presented, we will verify all of the information and qualify the buyer – making sure they will be able to close escrow as they represent themselves.

We will coordinate all inspections, guaranteeing that utilities are on when needed – and off when no longer required.

We will work with your Escrow and Title Company or let us select our local vendors. Either way, we will build the relationship for a successful smooth closing.
We will stay on top of the buyers agents to make sure that we have all documents and contingencies completes as required.
